The construction of my very first violin at the age of 19 – enthusiastically guided by two violin makers from Cremona – kindled the love of my profession. Now, 30 years later, that love has not diminished: on the contrary, my fascination with the complexity of violin making grows day by day!
If I ask my children whether an instrument has turned out well, I will always get an honest answer.
