Graduated from the Mirecourt violin making school in 1995, I love to work with my hands and I'm fascinated by sound. I make cellos, definitely inspired by the old Masters, but always with my own model and in a spontaneous way: I prepare my tools perfectly, I prepare myself, and I follow the intense flow of the work, like in Japanese calligraphy where the gesture of a tool assumes all its importance and where the medium (the wood, the varnish...) is free to speak by itself without restraint.
